Refund policy
- Due to the personal nature of products (breast care, vaginal care, hygiene items), returns are not accepted once delivered.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing video/photos for verification.
- Approved cases will receive replacement or refund within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are processed to original payment method or bank account
